Girl Scouts
Girl Scouts in the Shah Imami Ismaili community across Dallas Headquarters, Plano, Lewisville, Mid-Cities, and Tri-Cities Jamatkhanas are growing into confident leaders through a service-focused program rooted in sisterhood and personal growth. With more than 400 girls participating, the program supports youth from Daisy through Ambassador levels, helping them build confidence, character, and leadership skills through hands-on activities, badge work, and experiences such as the Girl Scout Cookie Program, Bismillah Award, Derby events, and learning opportunities in areas like Digital Media, Debate, and Financial Literacy.
As girls grow, they take on greater leadership by planning service projects and working toward their Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards. Outdoor experiences such as cabin and tent camping teach practical skills like cooking, teamwork, and independence. As part of the American Ismaili Scouts network, these experiences are grounded in faith-inspired service and ethical leadership, helping girls strengthen their values and represent the Ismaili community with confidence and pride.

Cub and Boy Scouts
Scouts in the Shah Imami Ismaili community across Carrollton, Plano, Mid-Cities, Tri-Cities, and Lewisville are growing into confident, ethical leaders through a values‑based program rooted in service.
Cub Scouts (grades K–5) build character and curiosity as they camp, hike, race Pinewood Derby cars, do hands‑on experiments, and learn teamwork while earning awards for new skills. Older youth in Scouts BSA (ages 11–17) deepen those skills through camping, hiking, and outdoor adventures while taking on leadership roles, earning merit badges, and working toward Scouting’s highest ranks.
Within the American Ismaili Scouts network, these activities are paired with a strong emphasis on faith‑inspired service, helping youth strengthen their moral and ethical foundations and present a positive face of Islam in the wider community.
